Python Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python frameworks, REST APIs, databases, and modern development practices while writing clean, scalable, and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work with frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop and optimize database schemas with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following coding best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product managers).
• Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging Python libraries and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and algorithms.
• Expertise in at least one framework: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control.
• Experience with API design and integrations.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for backend–frontend integration.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest).
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow) is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
