About the Role We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python frameworks, REST APIs, databases, and modern development practices while writing clean, scalable, and efficient code. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services. Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Work with frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI to deliver scalable solutions. Develop and optimize database schemas with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB . Write clean, modular, and reusable code following coding best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product managers). Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews . Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability . Stay updated with emerging Python libraries and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field . 5+ years of professional Python development experience. Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and algorithms . Expertise in at least one framework: Django, Flask, or FastAPI . Solid experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control. Experience with API design and integrations . Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for backend–frontend integration. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes for containerized deployments. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest). Familiarity with machine learning libraries (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow) is a plus.
