Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Python Developer with strong expertise in Python and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading development teams, taking client calls, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring technical excellence. This role requires both hands-on development skills and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers and AI/ML engineers.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications and AI/ML models.
• Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python, AI, and ML to integrate innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development and AI/ML implementation.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Experience in REST API development, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing client communications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and deployment in production environments.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
• Understanding of MLOps practices.
