Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, secure, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of microservices, data pipelines, test automation, observability, and cloud-native deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using

  Python frameworks

  such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Design and implement

  distributed systems

  ,

  microservices

  , and

  asynchronous workflows

  using Celery or equivalent tools.
• Work with relational databases like

  PostgreSQL

  or

  MySQL

  and manage

  event-streaming

  systems such as Kafka including data contracts and idempotent workflows.
• Build robust test architectures using

  Hypothesis

  (property-based testing), and

  Locust

  for performance testing.
• Implement and enhance

  observability

  —metrics, tracing, and logging—to improve real-world system reliability.
• Deploy and maintain services on

  Kubernetes

  with containerized

  CI/CD pipelines

  across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Ensure secure service communication using

  OAuth2

  , TLS certificate management, and adherence to security best practices.
• Work within compliance frameworks like

  HITRUST

  , including encryption, auditing, and evidence generation.
