Greetings from TCS! We are hiring Python Developer for Kolkata Location . Required Skills: Python, Django, SQL, Flask Frameworks . Location: Kolkata Exp: 3+ yrs. JOB DESCRIPTION: MUST HAVE: Required Proven experience as a Python Developer with a minimum of 3+ years in API development. Experienced with writing Automated unit test scripts. Good knowledge of PL/SQL and NOSQL database. Experience with CI/CD processes (e.g., Jenkins). In-depth understanding of backend performance optimization techniques. Proficient with version control systems, especially Git. Good To Have: Knowledge of other frameworks/libraries (e.g., Node) is a plus. Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: Design and implement complex application components using Python, ensuring a high level of performance and scalability. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and supporting their professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to define and implement innovative solutions Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the development process. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, providing timely solutions that mitigate business impact.
