Job Overview We are looking for a Python Developer to contribute to building automation and AI tools that enhance operational efficiency. You will focus on developing backend systems that support data analysis, automation workflows, and AI model integration. Key Responsibilities Backend Development: Independently build and maintain scalable backend applications using Python. AI Integration: Work with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models. Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate workflows and processes. Database Management: Design and manage databases to support applications. Optimization: Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration. Specific Technologies And Tools Frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI. Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Cloud Platforms: AWS (Lambda, EC2), Azure, or GCP. Containerization: Docker. Testing Tools: PyTest, Unittest. APIs: RESTful services, GraphQL. Methodologies And Best Practices Agile Development: Experience with Scrum methodologies. CI/CD: Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. Code Quality: Use of linters and adherence to PEP 8 standards. Documentation: Strong documentation practices. Soft Skills Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting. Independence: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Communication: Clear and effective communicator. Learning Mindset: Eagerness to stay updated with the latest Python technologies. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and share knowledge. Qualifications Proficiency in Python and associated frameworks like Flask or Django. Experience with AI/ML libraries and tools is a plus. Proven ability to independently manage backend development, particularly in automation. Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and scalable architectures.
