Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer (4+ years) with strong backend development skills and the ability to build scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based applications.
Write clean, reusable, and optimized code.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams on feature delivery.
Ensure application scalability, security, and reliability.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong expertise in Django / Flask / FastAPI.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
Experience with ORM frameworks and Git.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with asynchronous programming (Celery, asyncio).
Exposure to AI/ML tools (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
Experience in Agile/Scrum workflows.
