We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using

  Python (Flask/FastAPI) and PHP

  .
• Build and optimize

  RESTful APIs

  for seamless communication between services.
• Work with

  SQL and NoSQL databases

  to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure scalability.
• Apply strong

  DSA and OOPS principles

  to deliver efficient, modular, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write

  unit tests and integration tests

  to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Participate in

  code reviews

  and contribute to best practices.
• Ensure

  security, performance optimization, and scalability

  of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in

  Python

  (Flask or FastAPI) and

  PHP

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)

  databases.
• Solid foundation in

  Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

  and

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS)

  .
• Experience in developing and integrating

  RESTful APIs

  .
• Good understanding of

  software engineering best practices

  (testing, code reviews, version control).

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Docker and Kubernetes

  for containerization and orchestration.
• Knowledge of

  JavaScript/Node.js

  for full-stack development exposure.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines

  and agile development practices.
