Role Overview We’re looking for a Python Developer with 2–5 years of experience. You will be part of a collaborative backend development team responsible for creating and maintaining scalable applications and API services. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications using Python (Django or Flask). Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs . Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, PMs). Identify performance issues and optimize code efficiency. Maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development. Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB). Strong understanding of OOP , software design principles, and microservices. Familiarity with Git , GitHub/GitLab workflows, and collaboration tools. Good debugging and problem-solving skills. Clear communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker . Understanding of unit testing (e.g., pytest or TDD frameworks). Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (optional). Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
