We have a job opportunity for a "Python Developer" with one of our clients, a leading MNC Company.

Experience: 5-10 years.

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai.

NP: Immediate to 30 days.

Position Type: Permanent.

Technical:

· Write python code for financial applications.

· Write & Maintain Unit + Integrate test cases/suite.

· Integrate the code with the proprietary framework.

· Debug and optimize current technical stack.

· Proprietary Release procedure.

· Identify the gaps in current tech stack, suggest improvement & create automated test scripts.

Soft Skills:

· Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysis and risk managers to implement their business problems.

· Collaborate with internal & Global technical dev teams + QA Teams to make the product better.

Must have skills:

Technical

• Strong Python programming proficiency in OOPS concepts, In-built data Structures, Iterators & their tools, Generators, Decorators, Exception Handling, Map functions, Context Managers, Extended KW args, Flask, Unit Test cases, Automation, Algorithms, Search, and Sort

• Version control using git/SVN/CVS

• SQL or no-SQL database expertise.

• Thorough with Software SDLC

• Understanding of Trade Life Cycle

Must have Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to communicate this thought process in both written/verbal medium.

• Team player

• Good analytical & Problem-solving.

• Excellent Time Management.

• Project/Task Planning.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of multi-process architect/Micro services.

• Experience with market data APIs.

• Understanding of fixed income markets and financial instruments

• Bonds

• Swaps

• Fx products

Great to have:

• Understanding of Fixed Income risk Analytics like,

• DV01

• P&L

• Interest Rate Risk

• Market Risk

• Stack overflow / Git hub contribution.

• CFA L1 certificate.
