Assembly Manufacturing Engineer- Aerospace Industry

We have an exciting 6-month extendable project with our client in the Aerospace Industry. The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise and an innate passion to build.

• Develop assembly manufacturing processes in line with engineering requirements using the

  CATIA V5 platform

  .
• Analyze and implement changes to existing assembly processes, ensuring updates are reflected in the

  ERP system

  .
• Collaborate with

  Tooling, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain

  teams to support the industrialization of assembly products.

• Proficiency in

  2D & 3D drawing interpretation

  in accordance with

  ASME Y14.100

  and

  ASME Y14.5-1994/2009

  standards.
• Ability to interpret

  global specifications

  related to aerostructure assemblies.
• Skilled in assessing

  contract compliance

  and

  product/service quality

  .

• Preparation of

  process sheets

  based on engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of

  Materials & Processes (M&P)

  , aerospace materials, and related regulatory requirements (e.g., burn properties, approvals).
• Familiarity with

  PPAP, PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, and APQP

  methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with

  SAP, CATIA, 3D Viewer, and MS Office Suite

  .

• Strong

  oral and written communication

  skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to align solutions with

  strategic and business objectives

• Experience with

  product development

  and

  stage-gated processes

  .
• Strong organizational skills with proven success working in a

  matrix environment
