Role Overview

We are seeking a

Python Developer

with

1–2 years of hands-on experience

to join our engineering team. The role involves developing scalable applications, writing efficient backend logic, and integrating with diverse system components. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a solid foundation in

Python programming

, and the ability to work in a collaborative, research-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices.
• Implement data processing pipelines, APIs, and automation scripts.
• Work with engineering and research teams to integrate Python modules into larger systems.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance system performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  

Skills & Experience Require

• Proficiency in Python 3.x with a strong understanding of its core libraries.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming and writing reusable code.
• Exposure to at least one web framework (Flask, Django, or FastAPI).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or backend development.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
