About Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Python Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python frameworks, database management, and cloud deployments. The role requires someone who can independently handle backend architecture, API development, integrations, and performance optimization while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Build secure, scalable, and reusable RESTful APIs and backend modules.
Design and manage database schemas ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (JWT, OAuth2).
Work closely with DevOps teams to automate builds, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
Write clean, modular, maintainable code following industry standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment guides.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in backend development.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python with experience in Django/Flask/FastAPI.
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Understanding of REST API design and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality backend solutions.
