Full-Time / the Role :We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in both Python and Java to join our growing product development team. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and APIs that power our applications.This role is ideal for a mid-level developer who enjoys working in a hybrid tech stack environment, thrives in collaborative teams, and wants to work on real-world products used by thousands of users. You will contribute to design, development, testing, and deployment of applications while learning from senior engineers and taking ownership of your modules.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and Java (Spring Boot).
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices that are performant, secure, and scalable.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with unit and integration Design & Architecture :
• Participate in architectural discussions and help define scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with reusable code and & Data Handling :
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Write optimized queries and implement data access layers with ORM & Quality :
• Implement test cases using frameworks like JUnit (Java) or PyTest (Python).
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous code & Deployment :
• Work with CI/CD tools and participate in the deployment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Skills :
• 4 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Spring Boot (Java) and Flask/Django/FastAPI (Python).
• Good knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Exposure to version control systems / Bonus Skills :
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven systems.
• Working knowledge of message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS.
