Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end OneIdentity project implementations, including integrations with target systems and version upgrades.
• Collaborate with business teams and technical experts to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and security guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager managing OneIdentity solutions (Identity Manager, Access Manager, or similar).
• Strong understanding of target system integration and OneIdentity upgrade processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts and IT security standards is a plus.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred but not mandatory.
