Purchasing Executive

As a Purchase Executive at this company, your role will involve managing the procurement process efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - **Vendor Management**: - Regularly follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met. - Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to optimize procurement costs. - Evaluate and update vendor ratings periodically. - **Procurement & Inventory Management**: - Ensure timely delivery of materials as per specifications and indents. - Track urgent orders to prevent production delays. - Monitor and manage purchase requisitions, indents, and documentation. - Maintain proper indent documentation and compliance records. - Prepare and manage POs, debit notes, and related purchase documents. - **Coordination & Compliance**: - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve vendor and indent-related issues. - Ensure compliance with procurement standards, minimizing non-compliance during audits. - Handle import/export documentation when required. **Qualifications Required**: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech Mechanical). - Minimum 4 years of experience in the Rubber and Plastic Industry.
