This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Noida. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process, including creating purchase orders and purchase requisitions, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. The role involves maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies. The Purchasing Executive will also need to monitor inventory levels, conduct market research to stay informed about price trends and supply conditions, and work closely with other departments to align purchasing activities with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

Experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
Strong Communication and Procurement skills
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of vendor management and supply chain management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role in the printing or graphics industry is a plus
