Purchasing Executive

As a Purchasing Manager at Venkatesh Naturals, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by sourcing, managing, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality organic ingredients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain and support our sustainability and growth objectives. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating relationships with reliable suppliers, overseeing purchase order creation and management, negotiating favorable terms and contracts, collaborating with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels, fostering strong vendor relationships, and providing regular reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance. Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements will also be essential in this role. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a preference for experience in the FMCG or organic sector. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are crucial, along with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/procurement software. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
