Position Overview

Purchase Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan material requirements as per confirmed customer orders

• Prepare and release Purchase Orders to channel partners and suppliers

• Track material dispatch and expected acceptance / delivery dates

• Follow up with suppliers for delivery confirmation and status updates

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and documentation

• Monitor order status, shortages, and delays and report proactively

• Maintain procurement and order tracking records in ERP / systems

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in procurement, order planning, or supply coordination

• Engineering / supply chain background preferred

• Experience working with channel partners and distributors

• Knowledge of PO process, delivery tracking, and inventory coordination

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills
