Job Description

MAJORITY PERTAINING TO SERVICES, BUILDING MATERIALS, CAPEX, ALMOST ALL MATERIALS WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR INITIAL PLANT SET UP IN CONSULTATION WITH RESPECTIVE BUYER AND HOD – PURCHASE ·

Responsible for starting the workflow with respective process owner, locating right supplier, getting quote, compilation and comparison.
Responsible for arranging materials as per request with agreed lead time,
Responsible for monitoring and clearing supplier's overdue payments with agreed terms.
Responsible for maintaining purchase-related documents, drawings, agreements and record both hard copy in a file and soft copy in SAP. Advance review of all Vendors
Responsible for review and to include documentation as required by legal team
