Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Engineer - Projects located in Pirangut, Pune. The Purchasing Engineer will be responsible for managing procurement activities for project requirements, coordinating with vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials, and optimizing costs. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to support project timelines and requirements. Qualifications Strong negotiation and vendor management skills 3 to 5 years' experience in project procurement and supply chain management Knowledge of cost optimization strategies Technical understanding of engineering materials, components and processes Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing project demands Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Show more Show less
