Purchasing Engineer

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the procurement of electrical/electronic components. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing new vendors, conducting market research, and communicating requirements clearly. - Preparing purchase proposals and service proposals for approval from Top level Management. - Processing Purchase Orders (PO) with negotiated terms and conditions. - Recording all transactions and conducting internal stock audits to ensure stock levels. - Creating, correcting, and routing POs to the respective vendors. - Ensuring proper dispatch of the final components. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in procurement roles. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and handling complex invoicing processes. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
