Position Summary

The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for supporting procurement activities across our U.S. hotel properties. This includes vendor coordination, purchase order execution, inventory tracking, and compliance with brand-specific procurement standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies or shortages.
• Ensure adherence to brand-specific procurement guidelines and internal SOP's
• Support cost optimization and vendor performance tracking.

Education Qualification

• Final-year student or recent graduate or related programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work U.S. shift hours from our Pune office
