Purchase Specialist

As a Purchase Specialist at Optus Housing in Gurgaon, your role will involve managing end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for real estate projects. This includes sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. You will be responsible for preparing purchase orders, contracts, and agreements as per company standards, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with project/site teams for procurement requirements will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and budgetary constraints, prepare reports on procurement, pricing trends, and vendor performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements in procurement operations.
