Role Overview We are looking for a Purchase & Inventory Specialist who will own and streamline Dhun’s procurement and inventory functions. This role requires someone meticulous, proactive, and deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality — ensuring that every operational and guest-facing detail is in harmony with Dhun’s ethos of excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement of wellness, hospitality, and operational supplies aligned with Dhun’s premium standards Forecast and plan supply requirements to ensure uninterrupted guest experiences Conduct and manage periodic inventory audits with accuracy and consistency Maintain precise digital inventory records and reconcile with Zenoti systems Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, emphasizing quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery Prepare analytical reports and insights through Excel to support leadership in decision-making Requirements Proven experience in procurement and inventory management (mandatory) Strong command of Excel and digital inventory tools Familiarity with Zenoti or similar platforms preferred Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills Prior experience in luxury wellness, hospitality, or high-end service environments is an added advantage Why Join Dhun Wellness?
