Purchase Specialist (China to India only)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Purchase Specialist to oversee procurement and sourcing processes within the home appliances segment. This role will focus on identifying market trends, developing strong manufacturing relationships, and ensuring the effective sourcing of high-quality raw materials and components.🧠 Requirements:1. Strategic Sourcing- Expertise in the procurement of new product materials.- Vendor identification and onboarding for R&D/prototype needs.- Strong cost negotiation and value engineering skills.2. Procurement Expertise- Raw material and component procurement proficiency.- Supplier risk assessment capabilities.- Optimization of MOQ and lead times.3. Product Development- Experience in prototype and pilot batch procurement.- Knowledge of product packaging requirements and standards.- Knowledge of BIS standards- Knowledge of SKD,CKD and mould development in India✅ What We’re Looking For:- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing within home appliances industry.- Familiarity with Chinese product manufacturing and supply chains.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Important Note:Candidates must be willing to relocate to Pune.
