Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase processes, handling purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement, and coordinating with vendors. Key responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, monitoring purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing market trends to ensure cost-effective procurement practices. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Purchasing, Purchasing Processes, and handling Purchase Orders.
• Competence in Purchase Management and vendor coordination to ensure efficient procurement.
• Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
