Purchase Order (PO) Back Office Executive/ Support

End-to-End PO Execution: Handle complete lifecycle of Purchase Orders—from creation to closure—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Timeline Management: Work under tight deadlines to meet internal and external SLAs. Proactively flag delays and resolve bottlenecks.

Stakeholder Coordination: Regular interaction with:

• Customers – for order updates and confirmations
• Product Managers – for requirement alignment
• Vendors – for follow-ups, documentation, and dispatch tracking

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of PO status, vendor communications, and delivery schedules. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards.

Excel Proficiency: Use Excel for data tracking, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic analytics to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of relevant experience
• Any Graduate/ B.Tech/ MBA/ Diploma
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
