Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Purchase Manager for an on-site role located in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process, vendor relationships, and inventory control to ensure optimum material availability and cost efficiency. Key responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, overseeing purchase orders, and ensuring timely supply of quality raw materials. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, quality standards, and inventory levels while maintaining accurate records and budgeting reports.

Qualifications

Procurement knowledge including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchase order management
Inventory management and demand planning experience
Demonstrated skills in budget management and cost optimization
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
Proficiency in procurement software and relevant tools
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in the manufacturing or water treatment industry is an added advantage
