Job Description :-

• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best possible deals for materials and services.
• Procurement Strategy: Design and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality and reliability of supply for construction projects.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the procurement budget to ensure efficient spending and cost-effectiveness.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials without overstocking, while coordinating with project managers to meet project needs.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to supply chain and procurement processes.
• Software Proficiency: SAP MM, Tally ERP 9, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate vendor proposals and make sound purchasing decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement
• Experience with ERP software for procurement or inventory management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
