Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement for all materials, furniture, equipment, and services required for co-working space projects. Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and quality sourcing. Oversee purchase planning, cost control, inventory tracking, and timely deliveries across projects. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution and budget alignment. Required Skills: Strong understanding of sourcing for interiors, MEP, furniture, and office infrastructure. Expertise in procurement strategy, vendor development, and negotiation. Excellent knowledge of market rates, quality standards, and contract terms. Proficiency in ERP systems and MIS reporting. Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; Certification in Materials Management preferred.
