Job Description

As a Procurement Assistant, your role involves assisting in identifying and sourcing suppliers for materials and services. You will also support in preparing purchase orders (POs) and ensuring proper documentation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and order status. It is important to maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. You will assist in tracking inventory levels and replenishment needs while liaising with internal departments (production, accounts, warehouse) for smooth procurement operations.
