Job Description

Develop and implement purchasing strategies specific to HVAC materials, equipment, and services.
Identify and qualify reliable vendors and suppliers for HVAC systems, components, and consumables.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers.
Ensure timely procurement of HVAC equipment (chillers, compressors, ducting, valves, motors, etc.), spare parts, and consumables to avoid project delays.
Collaborate with project, engineering, and service teams to forecast requirements and plan procurement schedules.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain an updated Approved Vendor List (AVL).
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Track market trends in HVAC equipment, raw material costs, and new supplier opportunities.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for smooth material flow.
Prepare purchase reports, cost analyses, and procurement documentation for management review.
Lead and mentor the purchasing team to enhance efficiency and supplier relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
