We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and meeting revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers to promote products/services. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and promptly. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (an advantage). High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus. Skills: Persuasive selling techniques Time management and organizational skills Problem-solving and adaptability Confidence and a positive attitude Salary: Competitive base salary + commission (based on performance).
