We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee our company’s procurement activities. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring that all materials and services are acquired at the best possible price and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Issue purchase orders and monitor timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with other departments (production, finance, warehouse) to forecast needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and spending.
