Responsibilities

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure optimal procurement processes.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory management.
Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and expenditures.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
