Purchase field Executive – Sheet Metal Industry

We are looking for a Field Purchase Executive with experience in the sheet metal industry who will be responsible for vendor visits, procurement of materials (especially agriculture machinery parts), negotiations, and vendor relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to manage end-to-end purchase operations in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit vendors and suppliers regularly to procure sheet metal parts and agricultural machinery components.
• Identify and develop new vendors to expand the supplier base.
• Collect quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors to place purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and resolve any issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery.
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with the production team to plan purchases accordingly.
• Keep records of purchase transactions, pricing history, and supplier performance.
• Support vendorship documentation, onboarding, and compliance processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Purchase Executive in the sheet metal or fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal components and agricultural machinery parts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for vendor visits.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
