Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Assistant

Location: Pardi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00AM To 5:30PM

Week Off: Sunday

Job Summary:

The Purchase Assistant will support the purchasing department in sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and comparing quotations.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
  • Verify invoices and delivery notes for accuracy before forwarding for payment.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Any graduation
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing .
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP software (if applicable).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational ability.
