Job Description

As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing materials for both the factory and showroom. Your key responsibilities will include: - Procuring materials as per the requirements from the factory and showroom. - Ensuring the quality of products by verifying them based on specifications. - Conducting research to identify potential vendors that meet our requirements and effectively managing them. - Maintaining supplier records in accordance with product requirements. - Recording and evaluating comparative price lists from various suppliers to make informed decisions. - Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery from suppliers. - Managing records and reports related to purchases. Experience candidates are welcome to walk in between 11am to 4pm. This is a full-time job that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. Qualifications: - Total work experience of 1 year is preferred. - Customer service experience of 1 year is preferred. Language: - Proficiency in English is preferred. Work Location: - The job requires in-person attendance.,
