Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials and final products (pH, viscosity, stability, active ingredient analysis). Perform stability studies to ensure product consistency over its shelf life. Test emulsions, creams, lotions, gels, ointments, and serums for quality parameters like texture, fragrance, absorption, and spreadability . Verify the quality of packaging materials (bottles, tubes, jars, labels) to prevent contamination or leakage. Use analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV spectrophotometer to test active ingredients. Maintain batch release records and ensure compliance with international quality standards .
