Production Incharge

As a Production Incharge, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the machine line clearance, preparing production reports for day and night shifts, assigning tasks to laborers, providing training on work procedures, allotting batch numbers, and ensuring the availability of PPE kits for all workers entering the plant. You will also be responsible for coordinating with operators on raw material usage, maintaining cleanliness in the RM section, and ensuring correct stacking procedures. In addition, you will be tasked with monitoring production processes, verifying production formats, collaborating with the Quality department for validation, overseeing packing operations, and conducting regular checks on bag stitching, moisture levels, shape, size, and color quality. It will be crucial to segregate bags with different batch numbers and ensure the proper functioning of the metal detector. Furthermore, your duties will involve maintaining hourly production records, completing fumigation processes, verifying production files, checking metal detector logs, documenting magnet cleaning activities, preparing reports on packaging materials, conducting stock audits of KMS and Caustic, and overseeing material inward and outward processes. Regular performance evaluations and leave encashment benefits will be provided for this full-time position with day shift schedules.
