Job Summary Raitani Group is looking for an experienced and organized Purchase Executive to manage procurement and store-related activities for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in purchasing materials, vendor coordination, and inventory management, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery of quality materials. Key Responsibilities Identify and source materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects. Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality products. Issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely material supply to sites. Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, quotations, and vendor details. Coordinate with the store and project teams to monitor stock levels and inventory control. Verify and process supplier bills, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and related documents. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term business partnerships. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project timelines. Provide periodic reports on material consumption, cost analysis, and purchase performance. Required Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and store management. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Tally software. Excellent communication, planning, and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2+ years of experience in purchase and store operations within the real estate or construction industry.
