Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Purchase Executive, based on-site in Bavla. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role involves vendor communication, negotiation, and maintaining accurate records to support the organization’s supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management
Strong understanding of Procurement processes and vendor management
Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in relevant software/tools used in procurement and inventory management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience in the energy or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
