Job Description

Purchase Executive – Job Description.

Manage and maintain relationship with suppliers and vendors.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. accounts, production, project manager) to identify procurement needs.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
Follow up with vendors regarding order status, delays, or discrepancies.
Source and evaluate new suppliers and products.
Prepare Delivery Challan (DC) during the dispatch of materials to ensure accurate documentation of goods being transported.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze market trends and make recommendations for cost savings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Email)
Good understanding of market dynamics and supplier sourcing.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
