Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Supplier Management:Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Procurement Process:Preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking orders to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
Inventory Management:Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting needs, and coordinating with other departments to optimize stock and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Cost Management:Analyzing market trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring purchases are within budget.
Quality Assurance:Ensuring purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Compliance:Adhering to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
Reporting and Analysis:Preparing reports on purchasing activities, including cost analyses and performance metrics.
