Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Consumables

  as per production and R&D requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with

  vendors and suppliers

  for quality, price, and timely delivery

• Prepare purchase orders

  and maintain documentation in line with company SOPs
• Follow up with vendors to ensure

  on-time deliveries

  and manage any delays or discrepancies
• Coordinate with

  store, QA/QC, and production departments

  to align procurement with business needs
• Maintain and update the

  approved vendor list

·       Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock-outs or overstocking

regulatory and quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

Science, Commerce, or Pharmacy

2–3 years of experience

pharma raw materials, packaging materials, APIs

·       Good negotiation and communication skills

MS Office

·       Strong organizational and follow-up skills
