Present product offerings, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize revenue.Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of different packaging materials, including foil, lamination, multicolour printing techniques, multilayer structures, barrier properties, and relevant industry regulations. Educate customers on the advantages and benefits of our products and help them select the most suitable packaging solution for their specific requirements.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to flexible packaging. Analyze customer feedback, market demands, and product performance to provide insights for product development and improvement. Excellent communication (both verbal and written). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.
