PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and developing new vendors, negotiating and optimizing costing, reducing dependency on single vendors, and identifying alternate vendors. Furthermore, you will need to follow up with vendors on a daily basis to avoid delays in procurement. It will be crucial to utilize new age tools to predict shortages and plan raw material stock accordingly. Additionally, you will be required to assist the QC team in evaluating vendors and manage the end-to-end supply chain which includes handling rejections, subcontracts, and job work.
