Job Description

Duties

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with company goals.
Manage purchase orders using ERP systems.
Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best value while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels through MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Maintain comprehensive records of purchase transactions, contracts, and supplier performance for audit and review purposes.
Develop strong vendor management relationships to foster reliable supply sources and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

Diploma/BE/ BSc Candidate with 1 -2 yrs of experience in procurement
