Purchase Executive,

Key Responsibilities 

Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors in the equipment and machinery domain.  Request and analyse quotations; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.  Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procurement policies.  Monitor order status and follow up with vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.  Address and resolve discrepancies in deliveries, invoices, or quality issues in coordination with relevant departments.  Maintain updated records of purchase transactions, vendor performance, and cost comparisons.  Collaborate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth procurement planning and inventory flow.  Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procurement guidelines.  Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement performance, vendor efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
